Restoration
With our high level of experience, we are more than capable of offering all aspects of restoration. Over the past few years JSN has acquired trusted suppliers that we can outsource to if necessary. We like to know the ins and outs of the cars that come in for restoration and therefore carry out extensive research into each individual car to restore to the correct specification.
Fabrication and Engineering
At JSN we can design using specialist CAD software a wide array of components and execute the design using the advanced machining equipment we have in house. We boast a CNC mill, CNC Lathe and Manual lathe and many specialist hand tools to either meet a required specification or to have a bespoke piece on your automobile.
Something Different
Jason's portfolio includes working on special builds such as a Daimler supercharged hill climb race car, recommissioning the Sopworth camel engine with Andrew Wood at Brooklands Museum and setting up a ground running Rolls-Royce Merlin engine.
Servicing
At JSN it doesn't always have to be big projects and restoration work, we also carry out maintenance servicing to make sure your car is fighting fit all year round.
Automotive Design
We can offer a bespoke design service where we will work with you to design your custom car body. We will take your ideas and translate them into a pen and paper drawing. Once a conceptual design has been established we will then develop it on a suitable CAD programme to work out final dimensions and how your design will be packaged ready to be coach built.
